Alumni Scholarship Application (paper): The Alumni Association Scholarships are made possible by the generous gifts of College at Oneonta alumni through their gifts to the Fund for Oneonta. To apply for the scholarship, students must have completed at least one semester, be enrolled full-time at the College at Oneonta and possess at least a GPA of 3.0.  Applications are reviewed by the Director of Alumni Affairs and are awarded based on academic excellence, service to the College and the community, and financial need.>>> Click here to submit your application online!

Database Request Form (and Electronic Communications Policy): If you have not filled out a database request form since August 7, 2009, please read the policy that is attached to our Database Request Form.

Alumni Communications Policy: The role of the Office of Alumni Affairs is to ensure alumni only receive written or electronic communications containing information of relevance and interest.

Funding Request Form (Alumni/Student Connections Program): The Alumni/Student Connection Program supports activities that bring alumni back to campus for classroom visits, career seminars, and alumni performances.  The program also funds mini-alumni reunions for specific alumni constituents.  We also support academic enrichment opportunities for students, such as attending a national conference or a class trip to visit alumni in a professional setting.
