Its mission is to actively and effectively promote interest, support, pride, and awareness of the State University of New York, the College, alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends.

The Role of the College at Oneonta Alumni Association
The College at Oneonta Alumni Association serves approximately 48,000 graduates of the College, and has proudly done so since 1890. The Alumni Association supports the College by sponsoring events such as Reunion and Homecoming and Family Weekends, publishing Reflections magazine, providing scholarships and support to the Milne Library, and by offering support to alumni through networking and mentoring opportunities.
The Alumni Association Board of Directors has a profound impact on the success of the Office of Alumni Affairs’ programs, goals and objectives. From their support, they have helped to make events such as the Pass Through The Pillars, and programs such as the Business Card Exchange and strong scholarship support, a true success. All of their work promotes and builds upon the College at Oneonta’s proud traditions and sense of community and connection.
